动森数字科技（重庆）有限公司 (Dongsen Digital Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., "we") operates and develops the software product ALIGNMENT (the "Game"). This policy explains how we may process personal information when providing the Game, updates, support, and related online services. If you do not agree, do not use features that require such processing.
Information we may process includes: (1) account identifiers and ownership/purchase signals provided through Steam or other platforms (processed primarily under the platform's policies; we typically receive only what is needed to run the Game); (2) technical and device information such as OS, hardware profile, language/region, and crash or performance diagnostics if enabled; (3) support content you submit (emails, tickets, attachments); and (4) other information required by law or needed to protect security.
We use this information to run and authenticate the Game, deliver updates and compatibility fixes, diagnose crashes and defects, respond to support requests, meet contractual and legal obligations, and improve stability and experience on a lawful basis. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with processors that provide necessary services (for example hosting, crash analytics, email support tools) and with platform operators such as Steam / Valve under their terms and privacy policies. Where data is transferred across borders, we apply safeguards required by applicable law.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Where applicable law grants rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, contact us through support channels to exercise them. Requests about Steam account data may need to be directed to Valve.
The Game is intended for users who can hold an account on the relevant platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if we learn such data was collected improperly, we will delete it promptly. We may update this policy; material changes will be announced via the Knowledge Center, in-game, or the store page.
